C11 Mechanical Alignment & Collimation

Secondary Collimation

Now we have a reasonably well aligned primary we can remove the hyperstar and collimate the secondary.

The three beams will now travel through the whole system right down to the back focus and back so this is now the complete light path for the scope at F/10. This the standard collimation that any SCT user is familiar with.
Again we tilt the secondary until the three beams reflect on the same concentric circle but this time all the way back to the board.
